Chapter Four - Complicity

Scene 1

The scene focuses on a grassland hill. Then, Ethan and the mysterious girl fall out of the sky and land hard on their backs. The mysterious girl then speaks.

?= Ow! My ass hurts more than ever! Damn it! Teleporting can be a real bitch.

Ethan collects himself and speaks to the mysterious lady.

EH= Excuse me?! If you done, who the hell are you?!

?=Oh. (Pops up) My name is Hiroku.

EH= Hiroku?

HI= It’s time for you to take your destiny!!!

EH= What destiny?

HI= You don’t know?

EH= Well then, enlighten me!

HI (chuckling) = All right, It all started back when your grandfather was a young man. He earned 4 magnificent powers of the heart of glory. But, he was told by a scripture that only the first son of his children’s children would be able to go after them again after the holder passes on. So, when you turn 18, I was assign to find and assist you. So, what you will you choose?  

Ethan thinks about it and then, says this to Hiroku.

EH= If you are for real about all of what you say, guide me to the first challenge.

End of scene. 

Scene 2

Ethan and Hiroku were walking down a certain path towards the destination. Hiroku then speaks to Ethan.

HI= So, have you collected yourself yet?

EH= Almost. I just hope this isn’t nostalgia.

Then, out of nowhere, Hiroku slaps Ethan.

EH (furious) = What you did that for?!

HI= Just prove that it isn’t.

EH= There are other ways, you know.

HI (Sarcastic) = Sorry.

They finally reached their destination. It was an old house. Hiroku then says this to Ethan.

EH= Enter.

Ethan makes way in, slowly.

Scene 3

Ethan is in the old house and notices old paintings and relics all around the walls. Then, Ethan sees a bright light coming out of the last room on the right. Ethan enters the room and then sees an old woman, sitting down in silence. Ethan stares for awhile; the old woman opens her eyes and then speaks.

?= Greetings, noble warrior.

EH (In shock) = Ah!!!

?= My name is Shogui. Guardian of the very power you seek.

EH= Yeah. Yeah. Where is it?

Sho= My, aren’t we impatient? Ok. Let me ask you this, are you familiar with riddles?

EH= What does that have to do with anything?

Sho= Just answer.

EH= Somewhat.

Sho= Unravel my riddle and you will obtain.

EH= Go on then.

Sho=A man while looking at a photograph said, “Brother and sisters have I none. That man’s father is my father’s son” Who was the person in the photograph?

Ethan thinks for awhile and then says this

EH= The man’s son?

Shogui has a stun expression on her face after she hears this.

Sho= Amazing. You are truly (pulling out an orb) destined for this.

Scene 4

Ethan walks out of the old house and then speaks to Hiroku.

HI= So, what kind of sacred power did you receive?

Eh= I’ll show you.

Putting both of his hands into the “2xtreme” symbol and shoots out green spikes at two trees.

HI= Wow!
